Thai Salmon Burgers

Ingredients

4 4 boneless / skinless salmon fillets (about 550g) in chunks
2 tbsp red Thai curry paste
1 piece root ginger, grated
1 tsp soy sauce
(optional) coriander leaves

Method

  1. Tip everything into into a food processor and roughly mince.
  2. Form into 4 or 5 burgers.
  3. Fry gently in oil for 5 mins. on either side, before serving.
