Ingredients
| 4 | 4 boneless / skinless salmon fillets (about 550g) in chunks |
| 2 tbsp | red Thai curry paste |
| 1 piece | root ginger, grated |
| 1 tsp | soy sauce |
| (optional) | coriander leaves |
Method
- Tip everything into into a food processor and roughly mince.
- Form into 4 or 5 burgers.
- Fry gently in oil for 5 mins. on either side, before serving.
